Returns Policy

Redi Shade Ltd returns and refund policy is 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed from your purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


To return your purchase, it must be unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging that has not been opened in any way.


Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser, we do not refund postage.

Refunds

When Redi Shade Ltd have received and inspected your purchase, you will be notified of acceptance or rejection of your refund.


For refunds, items need to be returned within 30 days of your purchase, in its original and unopened packaging. We will process a refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, this can take up to 5
 working after we receive the items.


Exchanges

Redi Shade Ltd will replace faulty, defective or damaged goods. If something is wrong with your purchase, please email us at sales@redishade.co.uk with details of the problem and include photographs if possible.

You are responsible for paying the postage costs for returning your goods. If you are returning the goods for a refund because you do not want them for any reason, the original postage price and PayPal fee will be deducted from the refund.
